Sometimes what’s considered just “vandalism” (with that ugly connotation) could instead be considered “positive vandalism.”

I often find in Portland and its surrounding communities that there are heartening signs of

human activity, and that a lot of the “vandalism” of public property promotes

compassion, love, and all that other fluffy stuff. It’s as unpredictable as it is great.
