Ingredients:
½ pound of Button Mushrooms
½ pound leg of Lamb
7 cups of Cream
5 cups of Water
1 large Onion
3 springs of Celery
4 Garlic Cloves
2 tablespoons of Butter
Step One:
In a saucepan, heat the butter and saute the garlic, diced onion, and mushrooms.
Step Two:
After sauteing, pour in the cream and add the celery that’s diced roughly the same size.
Step Three:
While that half simmers for 15 minutes. Grab another pan and dice the lamb into small bites. Brown the diced meat, the fresher the meat the faster it cooks.
Step Four:
After the meat has been browned, add it into the saucepan mixture, then add the water, stir well and then let it simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
