Funny date stories that happened here at SMCC!

• From Sally:

“Remember my admitted drug dealer story? Well there’s more to that story. After I finally unadded him, he decided to ask out my two best friends out and then my sister. What a stand up guy.”

• From Jill:

“There was this guy I was talking to for a while. We eventually fizzled out but there was no bad blood. Well until I found out he was telling all of his friends as well as mine that someone would have to pay him a million dollars to talk to me again.”

• From Annie:

“Me and my friend got asked out on a double by these guys on campus. We had made plans a week in advance to go out to dinner. The day of the date arrived and we haven’t heard from them all morning. At around 7 they asked us if we were still on for the double. Then they asked where we wanted to go, and we suggested a restaurant close to them so they wouldn’t have to drive far. They said that was good and set a time. 5 minutes later they texted us saying they don’t want to do dinner because they are on a cut and meal plan. Instead they suggested we go hang out at Target, long story short we took ourselves out to dinner.”

“I had a boyfriend of 4 years and he and my best friend at the time got along really well. I thought nothing of it at first, in fact I encouraged it. Then people started telling me that they were getting a bit too friendly in class…and they eventually started having sleepovers together (without me). Then he moved in with her for two months. They now do not talk and I still don’t know if anything happened between them but you can fill in the blanks. Unfortunately I still talked to him after that”

• “I was in a class last year and within the first 10 minutes of meeting everyone a teacher body shamed a student in front of everyone.”
• “On campus my car got stuck in a snowbank, and a guy that lives on my floor ended up having to hook my car up and drag it out. It was embarrassing to say the least.”
• “In one of my classes we were working on a group project last semester and the one guy in our group didn’t do a single piece of work and whenever I tried to bring him into the work sessions he would swear at all of us.”
