This occurred in Los Angeles, California, on Ventura Boulevard. He was taken to a hospital by the police because they thought he was overdosing. Then he was taken to jail. Los Angeles police charged him with felony battery, and he had to pay $75000 in bail. And if convicted, he can face up to five years in jail.
