On September 10th 2025 Charlie Kirk succumbed to death in the hospital after being shot.This was confirmed by Donald Trump on Truth Social. Charlie Kirk born on October 14, 1993 in Arlington Heights, Illinois and was raised nearby in Prospect Heights by his mother Erika Kirk and his father Robert Kirk.  

In his youth Charlie was a member of the boy scouts of america where he earned the rank of eagle scout. In high school Kirk was known for his passion for politics. In his junior year he volunteered for the successful campaign of illinois republic Mike Kirk. During his senior year he advocated against price increases for cookies at his school as well as wrote an essay touting liberal bias in textbooks.  

He briefly attended college at Harper College before he decided to drop out to pursue political activism full time where he then went on to become the founder of Turning Point USA. A nonprofit organization that advocates for conservative politics in high school, college, and universities.  

In 2016 Kirk co-wrote the book  Time for a Time for a Turning Point: and in 2018 he wrote the book Campus Battlefield: In 2019 he started a podcast called The Charlie Kirk Show where he was known for proudly declaring himself an islamophobe and making fascist remarks. As of December 7, 2021, this podcast was ranked as the 21st-most-popular podcast on Apple Podcasts.
 In the wake of his death House Speaker Mike Johnson is quoted as saying “This is detestable. Political violence has become all too common in American society, and this is not who they are.” According to ABC and along the same lines former president Joe Biden said “there is no place in our country for this kind of violence. It must end now. Jill and I are praying for Charlie Kirk’s family and loved ones,” on X. Charlie Kirk survived by his wife Erika Frantzve and their two children together as well as his fans across the country. A memorial service is planned for him on Sunday September 21st at State Farm Stadium in Glendale AZ. Doors open at 8 a.m MST, program begins at 11 a.m. MST.
