There have been many new seasons or even new shows released this year. Some have been very good while others have been bad. Our class came together to come up with our favorites. Here is our top 10 shows of 2025.

10. The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 (Prime)

At the start of the show, there is a time jump of four years. She is in college and happily dating someone. Throughout the season, there is a roller coaster of events. Belly must decide between love and her future. This season is the best season, in my opinion. -Olivia Bowman

9. Reacher Season 3 (Prime)

Reacher season 3 provides the most precarious position for our protagonist so far. This season blends personal stakes and suspenseful action in a way the show hasn’t done before. The Reacher must hold up multiple identities on multiple fronts as he works to get closer to a criminal who escaped him in the past. This season put Reacher into a place he’s never had to before, saving a family, working a morally gray area while still being both somewhat of a role model and his usual stoic savagery. This new season of Reacher is something he hasn’t seen before. -Abe Huff

8. South Park Season 27 (Paramount+)

This season of South Park is like the ones before it. Making fun of real-world problems, like politics, technology, culture, etc. It’s full of humor and over-the-top drama. Not caring who gets offended over their jokes, they’re just having fun. Definitely recommend watching! -Olivia Bowman

7. Black Mirror Season 7 (Netflix)

Season 7 of Black Mirror is more focused than the seasons before. There are shocking twists and turns in the story.  There is the beauty of the storyline in this season. black mirror has always been emotional, cold, and dystopian. I recommend watching this season. -Olivia Bowman

1. Stranger Things Season 5 (Netflix)

The new Stranger Things season has all the things fans want: thrills, sadness, returns, and, most importantly, plot twists.
