  • Wednesdays, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

The Northern Light Zen Center uses a Korean form based on the teachings of Zen Master Seung Sahn. We are affiliated with the Kwan Um School of Zen. Chanting followed by two sessions of about 25 minutes sitting meditation with ten minutes walking meditation in between. A brief reading and discussion follows.
