
Eggs are such a common element in baking and cooking. Whether you’re going Vegan or simply just don’t want or have eggs these come in handy. Becoming Vegan can be difficult for some, but it doesn’t have to be. The list that follows this is of every substitute I was able to find that perfectly replaces the eggs in recipes. I must specify for this list that one portion of any replacement you use is equal to one egg, and you will have to double the amount depending on what is required for your recipe.
4 tbsp. of chickpea flour and 4 tbsp. of water
1 tbsp. of chia or flaxseed and 3 tbsp. of water
3 tbsp. of peanut butter or any nut based butter
1 tbsp. of vinegar and 1 tbsp. of baking soda
¼ cup of soft tofu or vegan yogurt
2 tbsp. of cornstarch and 2 tbsp. of water
¼ cup of applesauce
¼ cup avocado or mashed banana
