Nathan Ryer will be covering the technology portions of The SMCC Beacon. Nathan grew up in Falmouth, Maine and attended high school at  Falmouth High School. Nathan is currently a student at Southern Maine Community College in his final semester, pursuing an associates degree in liberal studies. 

He has also attended The University of Maine pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology with a concentration in pre-medicine and a minor in neuroscience. Nathan has since stepped away from the east coast and currently resides in Denver, Colorado. When he is not working or studying he can usually be found driving mountain roads or fixing one of his broken cars.
