The virtual Trek Across Maine encourages our Trekkers to stay active and enjoy time on their bike (practicing safe social distancing) while supporting the work of the American Lung Association. Please review the details below regarding how you can Cycle Your Way this year as part of the Trek Across Maine.

• Register as a participant: If you are currently registered for the 2021 Trek, you will automatically be converted to a virtual participant and do not need to register again. If you’d like to adjust your registration to be marked as inactive, please contact TrekAcrossMaine@Lung.org.
• Fundraising & Incentive Info: Trekkers will earn their commemorative Trek t-shirt, accomplishment medal and sticker by reaching the $250 fundraising minimum by June 30^th! Additional incentives are also available (including cycling jerseys, shorts, gift cards and more) when you go above and beyond the minimum.
• Training: Get those miles in! Please remember to practice social distancing while spending time on your bike and working towards achieving your mileage goal of 60, 120 or 180 miles. Daily exercise is key to both lung health and mental health.

The physical ride will not take place June 18 – 20. Instead, we are encouraging participants to track their own progress and complete their mileage goals for Trek Across Maine by cycling 60, 120, 180 miles at their own pace before June 30, 2021.
