The past couple months have been a rollercoaster of emotions for avid skiers and riders. The ski season had an extremely slow start with extremely cold temps and very little snow to show for it. Things were starting to look hopeless until two massive storms came out of nowhere and produced some of the best powder days that have ever been witnessed on the east coast. As one could imagine the storms gave hope that the rest of the season will produce even more massive storms. However, in a typical turn of events for the east coast warm temps followed by a massive cold front has turned the once fresh powder into solid ice. Unfortunately, more warm temps are on the horizon followed by another cold front. As of now we can only hope for some early March snowstorms to create some final powder days for the season.
