It is officially the last home game for Penn State University. All of the seniors gathered together to celebrate their last game at Beaver Stadium. Penn State Played against Michigan State University on Saturday, November 26. Students are happy to graduate with their degrees, and some of the athletes are ready to go professional, if drafted. On Saturday, November 26th, Sean Clifford, a senior this season, played his final home game at PSU. During the game he threw four touchdowns and completed 19 of 24 passes. an impressive stat along with gaining 202 yards as well. Sean’s senior year stats have been throwing 2,543 yards, he had 22 touchdowns, and threw seven interceptions.
PSU was able to go the entire game with no turnovers. The overall team had 410 yards compared to MSU’s 254, which is a major difference. This difference is thanks to players like Theo Johnson, Tyler Warren, KeAndre Lambert-Smith and the team’s star freshman running back Nick Singleton. PSU ended up winning the game 35 to 16 over MSU, which makes PSU ranked 11th under coach James Franklin. t Nick Singleton’s phenomenal stats this season are worth noting. Coming into his freshman year he is already at 941 yards, at only 6’0 219 Ibs. Nick was also able to bring in 10 touchdowns, and 149 ATT. If Nick is going to continue to do well, the future can be bright for the freshman, and he can potentially go professional in the future.
