Taylor Belanger was a swimmer for the Lewiston High School swim team. Before covid, Belanger mentions how It was really easy to be motivated as she also swam for a close-knit club team. She transferred to Cheverus High School in Portland when covid hit. After High School, she attended Stonehill College in Easton Mass where she continued her swim career. Her favorite memory was in 2019 when she, Brooke Cloutier, Melina Masselli, and Emma Hawley broke the 200-medley relay record that stood for 32 years at LHS. She got into swimming when she was little. She did swim lessons at the local Y and the assistant coach of Twin Cities Swim Team, a local swim team, asked her to join. She was only 7 years old at the time and she has not stopped swimming since then.
