The holiday season is here, and for many people, this is their favorite time of the year as they get to see friends and family, enjoy good food, and of course, blast their favorite holiday songs. At the Magic of Christmas, the Portland Symphony Orchestra plays beautiful Christmas music, along with vocalists. This year they have a guest appearance from Nick Zabroats who the New York Times praises as an up-and-coming singer. They even suggested that he could be the next Michael Buble. This event is the perfect way to wrap up what was a crazy year for many, you can just sit there and relax while you listen to some beautiful music. Although The Magic of Christmas started on December 9th there are still 3 more shows until they wrap up the season. For many, the closing song of the Magic of Christmas is what they look forward to. As they close out their performance of the Magic of Christmas be on the lookout for reindeer. In previous years during the last song members of the orchestra dress as reindeer and sing the reindeer song.
